The Calcutta Stock Exchange index during the week stayed in the positive territory with moderate volatility.

The CSE-40 index gained 21.09 points during the week.

The local bourse was down 53.23 points last week.

The index opened at 7308.40 and in alternate bouts of rise and fall, touched an intra-week high of 7362.16 before paring some points to end at 7329.49.

Blueprint Securities inched higher to close at Rs 306.70. ITC was at Rs 155.85 at close.

ONGC gained to Rs 1235 and OMDC was at Rs 22,573.55 at close. Reliance Industries was down to Rs 1,005.95

SBI gained Rs 111 to close at Rs 2615. Tata Steel closed Rs 5 lower at Rs 535 and SAIL ended lower at Rs 199.60 at close.

Vindus Holdings was at Rs 293.10.
