In a bizarre incident a naval missile went off in a residential area in Vishakhaptnam, seroiusly injuring a mentally challenged 15-year old girl.

The missile went off on Wednesday when it was cut open by a welder at a scrap dealer's shop. The missile which flew 200 meters, damaged a building and a wall along with an electric pole.

This is the second incident in two years. Naval officials have been alerted owing to the up coming prestigious Fleet Review. The welder has been arrested where as the scrap dealer is absconding.
