Best Foreign Film was a category Indians were looking eagerly at after submitting Amol Palekar's Paheli, but the Shah Rukh Khan film was left out in the cold.

What would you say Why Paheli is out from Oscar?
Many Indian films like Lagaan, Devdas, and now Paheli, all were out from Oscar nominations list. What is the major reason behind them not in Oscar nominations?

Bollywood filmmakers should change their style of making hindi . They generally make their films according to the Indian market but not for American market. This might be one of the reason for Indian films not get any award in foreign list.

Peheli wasn't good at all. I couldn't even imagine it winning. The movie was horrible, i didn't like it

Because Paheli is not having a good story line or
scareenplay.
