i would like to share with you all about a juice which will provide excellent health.
this juice contains lot of chlorophyll whcih is an ingredinet for good health
this juice can be prepaered by growing wheat grass in your house
and then blending the same to get the juice from it
wheat grass is grwon from sprouted whole wheat
the sprouted wheat is grwon in pots or layers of soil on a slab
this grass is cut when it grows to a height of 8 to 11 inches
then blend in a blender and drink
